At Yasuragi ™, we encompass the mind, body and spirit connection to enable a holistic alignment using breath, flow and controlled movement. It is a space for you to heal, recenter and balance your mind and soul. A space for nurturing rituals and mindfulness. To find a slower journey of self discovery and nurture your body.
Nurturing the mind, body and spirit connection through mindful movement allows a sense of flow through the body to disconnect from the stress. By using the breath as a meditative release, we feel grounded allowing the body to create safe, feel good connections.

Founder & InstructorJessie has combined experience in Pilates and Yoga for over 12 years. Following service in the Royal Australan Navy, she became a Registered Nurse finding her specialty in Perioperative Nursing with a passion for incorporating holistic health.
Pilates and Yoga have always been a space for connection and restoration, especially after the birth of her children.
Jessie is a patient and calming instructor, focused on creating safe flowing movements. She specialises in pre/post natal movement and incorporating meditation and sound therapy into her practice.
Yasuragi™ is her vision; a safe nurturing space for all bodies to find a mind, body and soul connection.
